Request data deletion
Under GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Submit your email below and we will process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted: your profile, phone number, email,
connections, motives, messages, memories, prompt responses, and any
other personal data associated with your account.
If you have the Berg app installed, you can also delete your account instantly from Settings → Delete account.

The following data will be permanently deleted:
- Profile information (name, email, phone number, bio, photo)
- Connections and friend requests
- Motives you created and RSVPs
- Messages and chat history
- Memories and uploaded photos
- Daily prompt responses
- Notification history
Request received
We've received your deletion request and will process it within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.
